Instrumental Guitar

Before I was a songwriter, I was a guitar player.  It’s nice to just sit down and play, let the music speak.  It’s my sacred time.  I also find solace in the outdoors.  Growing up in Colorado, I’ve been drawn to the mountains all my life.  I am embarking on a project to combine these two passions by composing a guitar instrumental in honor of each of Colorado’s ‘Fourteeners.’  This project is an exploration of the connection I feel between Music and Mountains.  Adventuring in the outdoors inspires my music and songwriting, while the desire to reach new places in my self and connect more deeply with nature pushes me further into the mountains.
